Based out of Central Kentucky, we are a commercial real estate appraisal firm with over 10 years of appraisal experience. We cover all types of commercial properties including vacant land, farms, office buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings, retail, apartments, subdivisions, and specialized properties such as schools and churches. We provide real estate appraisals for financing, estate tax and trust management, divorce or dissolution, insurance, property tax appeals and private interests.
